Rich conducts IAQ investigations, HVAC trouble-shooting, ventilation testing, ambient air monitoring, mold/moisture investigations, and asbestos sampling. - A vast majority of IAQ problems are directly related to poor HVAC controls or maintenance.
Rich’s extensive knowledge and experience with numerous types of ventilation systems contribute to his ability to conduct effective and efficient IAQ investigations. Rich has several decades of experience in construction plan and specifications review and is well versed in ASHRAE standards and is certified in the use of Thermal Imaging equipment.
