His six years experience in construction work provides the knowledge and expertise in identifying sources of building problems and the ability to provide sound recommendations and solutions. Tim’s attention to detail regarding contractor/consultant documentation provides the quality control necessary to effectively and efficiently complete and close-out projects. Tim holds a B.S. Degree in Geology and is an AHERA Building Inspector, Certified Mold Inspector, and is HAZWOPER Certified
